• Please read before placing your order : Order Cancellation - Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. We kindly ask for your understanding that Cancellations or refunds are not available on the day of, or the day before, your scheduled order or if the order is not picked up due to personal reasons.(Flowers are sourced specifically for your order 1–2 days prior to the event. They are prepared and arranged when they are at their best quality.) Pick Up/Delivery - • Pick-up areas: Glen Iris, Burwood East, Boronia. Free delivery is available within a 3km radius from our store. For other areas, delivery fees vary depending on the distance. You can check the delivery fee by entering your address at checkout.
