# Order Questions
Q. How do I edit an order?
- If you need to make an update to an order, please send the update along with your order number to ohmyflower.au@gmail.com.

 

# Pick-up/Delivery Questions
Q. What time can I pick up?
- You can pick up your order during operating hours, between 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and between 9am to 3pm on Saturday. 
Please let us know your appropriate pick up time when placing the order, we will have the flowers ready for you.

Q. What time do your deliveries occur?
- We aim to have every bunch delivered by 5pm. 

Q. What happens if no one is home to accept delivery?
- Our drivers will always try their best to complete every delivery. If no one is home, our couriers will leave the order in a safe place and you will be able to see a photo of delivery via your tracking email. If we are unable to locate the address, or get access, we will always try to reach the sender by phone to try and accomodate delivery as best we can.
If your order needs to be sent the following day, we need to make this again with fresh product and fees do apply. We offer 50% off the original order price, and there is a $10.00 redelivery fee to cover the courier costs.

Q. Where do you deliver?
- We deliver to all over Melbourne - Monday through to Saturday! Click here to view our delivery suburbs.

Q. Can you deliver to hospitals?
- We can deliver to hospitals as long as they're accepting deliveries. Please call the hospital prior to placing your order as we cannot take responsibility if the hospital doesn't accept the delivery and fees will apply to organise a new delivery. 

 

# Flower questions
Q. Are the flowers delivered in water and how do I look after them?
- All of our bunches are wrapped at the base of the stems with plastic bags with water, which will keep the flowers hydrated if left unattended upon delivery.
Once received, unwrap and remove the water bags, cut the stems about 2cm diagonally and place in a fresh vase of water. Make sure to change the water every day and keep your blooms away from heating and cooling to ensure you get the longest life out of them.

- You can reach us via Email, SMS and Instagram DM. We are available between 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday, between 10am - 3pm Saturday.
